These effects are of celestial (5th through 7th subdivision) origin. They are sun spots and eruptions, moon phases and in short "..a colloid in aqueous solution reacts to all the cosmic effects to which men and animals react." These subtle yet measured and verified celestial or cosmic forces can hinder or enhance chemical reacts, biological development and the very structure of water. No amount of shielding can protect unstable liquids from these forces.
