Salvatore Pais is an aerospace engineer and the inventor (Naval Air Station) of the UFO patents.
In another post I said Pais had tapped 'Zero Point'. Strictingly speaking Pais DID NOT tap 'Zero Point'. I only used the term 'Zero Point' because most people use that term (erroneously I might add). What Pais did do is what Bearden calls "tickling the Dirac Sea" or as Keely said "Disturbance of Equilibrium" - there are many terms by many others describing this phenomenon.
