12.21 - Fibonacci Whole Numbers v Irrational Decimal near Equivalents

It is acknowledged most people have grown accustomed to resolving the discrete Fibonacci numbers into an approximate decimal equivalent of 1.618... better known as PHI. This writer suggests the power and meaning found in the Fibonacci Series is NOT in the resolved decimal quantity but in the relationships between the discrete numbers, steps or progression of same. To reduce the relationship to an approximate decimal removes the individual quantities of each step thus substituting the relationship of two distinct accurate quantities for a less meaningful and less accurate decimal. The decimal PHI can be useful in measuring spirals while the powers that created PHI and hence the pattern were derived from two distinct numeric entities, part of a powerful sequence.

In the Inverse Square Law, Russell Indig numbers or Scale of Locked Potentials the process as demonstrated in the Fibonacci series is seen.
