Water as Fuel

Actually this is quite a good video for de-mystifying the typical "water car" preconceptions. Robert Murray-Smith deserves credit for this investigative effort. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kdP1oWXxyfY.

It helps to "explain away" a number of relatively more recent cases about "water as a fuel" examples demonstrated by individuals across the globe. I also suspect that some of those individuals who are reported to have been rejected by their peers had the difficulty of explaining why their cars worked as they did, and sometimes technical imperfections mostly due to lack of tools and adequate budgets.

What is not discussed, and this can be understood in the light of the introductory nature of the communication, is the nature of the fundamental physics associated with the 36 types of water (hydrogen-oxygen isotope combinations) at play, such as addressed by Prof. Yull Brown himself with his "Brown's Gas", by Dr. Andrija Puharich's phonon decomposition of water's electrodynamics and by the laboratory-level analyses at York University by Stoyan Sarg of the quantum energy state of the water molecule in Brown's Gas/hydroxy/HHO.

The slide below from Sarg is helpful in approaching the notion of "excess energy" associated with proper stoichiometric HHO generation from water, which was derived from actual analysis of in vivo output.

We must note that already each of the 22 provinces administered by the Communist party of China have monopolies for providing and servicing Brown's Gas devices as fuel enhancers, pollution reducers for over a decade.

A 4WD Hudson car was monitored by the Australian legislator, the Hon. Webster, to achieve about 1000 miles with one imperial gallon of water has been recorded by the Legislative Council and Legislative Assembly of New South Wales on February 9, 1976. This led to the attached report by the staff of the prestigious Electronics Australia staff to operate their cars using the gas a fuel with such collateral effects as cleaner engines (without soot) and cool water vapour as exhaust in their cars. All that was required was to "tune" the carburetor for the combustion engine to perform. More recently, fellow Korean scientists and engineers have succeeded in making diesel engines run on Brown's Gas, something that Yull Brown tried very hard to achieve in his Sydney factory/laboratory for years.

On the other hand, the microelectronics breakthrough by one of the co-founders of PACE, Andrija Henry K. Puharich allowed for combustion engines to run according to the pressure of HHO being pumped into the engine in real-time by the pedal. The method is described in the attached article (and has been related with an AI conversation thanks to colleague Mark Olson, as you may recall, some months ago).

Also note that NASA has been considering employing HHO for any settlement on the moon through extraction of available atmospheric resources.

Consider this as an almost mature technology that is being sparingly applied (mostly in Southeast Asia & some Latin American nations) - perhaps due to lack of the reference frameworks and decision-making templates yet-to-be-established in our civilization as we progress from the industrial revolution of the 1800s hydrocarbon emphasis towards finer hydro-oxygen opportunities in our times that are more compatible with the planetary recuperative homeostasis.
