Spinning objects create torsion fields. When they are processed they create torsion waves. Torsion waves travel at least 9 orders of magnitude faster than light (19^9c) if not instantly, as measured by Russian astronomer, Nicolai Kozeyrev. Russian scientists have created torsion wave communications devices.
