Spinning objects, like fly wheels, electrons and planets generate torsion fields. When these spinning objects are accelerated, either by a change of velocity or by wobbling their axis of rotation, torsion waves are generated. Not much is published in the western science journals on torsion or torsion waves, possibly because of military classification.
Russian astronomer, Nikolai Kozyrev experimentally measured the velocity of torsion waves. and determined their velocity to be at least nine orders of magnitude faster than light (10Kozyrev also experimentally measured the velocity of time by measuring the rate of cause to effect in gyroscopes. The velocity of time was experimentally determined to be 2,200 kilometers per second. Interestingly this velocity was 1/137 times the speed of light in a vacuum. This was the fine structure constant, a times c.
Time also has other interesting properties as Kozyrev discovered. The stars are not powered by nuclear fusion but by "waves of time density" flowing into the stars and creating gravity.
Also time, like light, could be optically manipulated. This resulted in the famous Kozyrev mirror, created by reflective metal sheeting coiled in a golden mean spiral form. This mirror could bend time and created psychic effects on persons inside the mirror.
