Law of Sono-thermity

"Internal vibrations of atomic substances and atomic molecules are capable of vibrating at a period-frequency directly as their density, inversely as their linear dimensions, directly as the coefficient of their tension from the 21st to the 42nd octaves, producing the creative force (Sono-thermity), whose transmissive force (Sono-therm) is propagated in solid, liquid, gaseous, and ultra-gaseous media, statically producing adhesions and molecular unions, or disintegration, according to the Law of Harmonic Attraction and Repulsion." [Keely, pre 1894]

Commentary - March, 2017
Keely presented a paradigm wherein certain types of vibration were active in specific frequency ranges. In this case between the 21st octave (2,097,152 Hz) and 42nd octaves (4,398,046,511,104 Hz). As I’ve pointed out over the years the raw application of electrically tone generated frequencies may not be producing the effects desired. If it is desired to affect "internal vibrations of atoms" it is necessary to work within this range of frequencies. These frequencies as pointed out in the law are modulated by certain other factors: density, dimension and "tension". For instance in the Law of Corporeal Oscillations Keely writes: "All coherent aggregates not isolated from like bodies, oscillate at a period-frequency varying with the tensions that augment and diminish the state of equilibrium."
