INE Devices Database

The Institute for New Energy website information and data was frozen on December 13, 2003 (The signing date of The Patriot Act II; after the signing of The Patriot Act I).

There were some tricks that were then built into the INE Devices Database, that only INE members then knew how to correct.

These problems have now been fixed for everyone by reformatting the HTML files.
No new data has been added, in conformance to the rules stated above.

You can see all of the devices that were being discussed from 1986 to 2003 on the INE Devices Database GUIDE page:

http://www.padrak.com/ine/DBGUIDE.html

This will in turn list the following 4 links where all of the devices are listed, that were documented at that time, according to four user choices:

Device Listings Are Given By: Device Name, Inventor's Name, Interest Criteria, and Commercialization Criteria.

In each of those choices (for each web page), the devices are listed with links - that work.

For example:
The first USA Patent on Cold Fusion is the PATTERSON POWER CELL.

Have fun!...

The results of these databases were also discussed in various landmark IECEC and other conference papers.

Here are some links for published papers that may be of interest to you.

[If you want to perform any "Cold Fusion" experiments, be sure to get that particular Palladium metal that has been annealed under an ammonia atmosphere to preload the Hydrogen atoms: Argon, etc., will not work!]
