When the dispersive enharmonic (entropic) influence bears on the center the subservient adjunct orbiting electrons will tend to disperse away from their general center all the while loosing energy - in discrete leaps or steps - Quantum Leap. Likewise neighboring centers will tend to repel each other as the medium rarefies as energy decreases. This is the dispersive state or enharmonic stream.
