"When we rotate a mass with sufficient rapidity, the particles of that mass ultimately overcome cohesion by dispersing as fragments at a tangent but should we cause rotation of the ether, this would produce condensation, which is opposite in effect. This condensation effect increases with the velocity of rotation of the ether. This is the direct cause of formation of molecules as well as planetary masses. [ROTATION - Snell]
This whole body oscillation (sometimes called resonance) occurs in so many cycles per time unit; i.e., frequency. If the predominance be given the centralizing pole the One Polar Force AS A WHOLE centralizes to a point or about or around a point (crystallization). If the predominance be given to the decentralizing pole the One Force becomes dispersed AS A WHOLE into and as vacuous Space. In either extreme condition the Polar Force does not cease to exist. It but goes latent to be reawakened by Will Force or Desire at some later time. This is in one, two or three planes. Assuming the other two planes of a triplicate configuration are similarly modulated, constructively or destructively, there will be relative change to the whole. In other words each of the three directional influences can be constructively or destructively modulated to induce six different and only six basic types of matter. Other forms of matter are therefore sub-sets or progeny of these six.
If it is true what Russell says:
"All electrical (unbalanced polar) motion in the octave wave turns spirally around centering, still Magnetic (balanced polar) shafts, just as cyclones do. All electrical compression begins by violent expansion to create a condition which borns its opposite, as all opposites do in Nature." Russell, Atomic Suicide?, page 122 Then there are three magnetic shafts about which electrical force centers, compresses, then violently expands to create a condition which borns its opposite (dispersing magnetism).
"We, therefore, repeat words written in earlier pages of this book, which say that our bodies express life only by the fast generoactive centripetal motion which charges and polarizes, and that they die only by the fast radioactive centrifugal motion, which discharges and depolarizes." [Atomic Suicide, page 265]

Curvature then disappears and so, also, does motion - as shown in Fig. 79. Every point on every face of those resultant cubes is zero in potential and motion, for they are planes of magnetic Light. They are also mirrors which reverse all direction of motion,
